Press statement on bail hearing of Marikana activists falsely accused of murder.

The bail hearing for Napoleon Webster and eight other Marikana activists accused of murder, will take place on Tuesday 28th March 2017 at the Rustenburg Magistrates Court.

This will be day 81 of the bail hearing and the Magistrate has assured us judgement will be delivered.

As the Marikana Support Campaign, we call for the immediate release on bail for all the accused and for the state to stop wasting resources to silence Marikanaactivists.
